Be a Part of Groundbreaking Myotonic Dystrophy Research

Myotonic Dystrophy is a severe and debilitating disease that can affect the muscles, eyes, lungs and heart, and has a direct impact on day-to-day function. There are no treatments currently approved.

That’s why we’re conducting the Myotonic Dystrophy Treatment Study to assess a potential new treatment for Myotonic Dystrophy. This study aims to better understand how the body interacts with this potential new treatment, as well as safety and tolerability of this potential new treatment in people living with Myotonic Dystrophy.

This study involves 2 two-night stays at the Doherty Clinical Trials unit and an additional 11 clinic visits over approximately 2 months.
