View MoreDiabetic Kidney Disease affects approximately one in four people living with diabetes and can have serious impacts on health. Being the single leading cause of kidney failure, it is important to continually develop better treatments so kidney health can be more effectively managed.
That’s why we’re conducting the Diabetic Kidney Disease Treatment Study- to test a potential new treatment that is designed to target a key inflammation pathway. This new treatment has the potential to slow down disease progression or even reverse disease. This study aims to better understand the safety and tolerability of this potential new treatment in people living with diabetes who have impaired kidney function.
This study involves a screening visit, an 8-night stay at the Doherty Clinical Trials unit and an additional 4 clinic visits over approximately 3 months.
